Communicating with Staff
The Provincial Dental Board of Nova Scotia is committed to communicating with you in a respectful, professional and civil manner. As such, we expect you to extend the same courtesy to our staff.
In an effort to ensure a safe and respectful workplace, the Provincial Dental Board will not accept abusive behaviour or communications towards our staff. This includes:
• demeaning or harassing comments;
• racist, discriminatory or obscene statements;
• sexual harassment; and
• intimidation, shouting and threats.
Behaviour of this kind may result in the Provincial Dental Board communicating with you only in writing or otherwise restricting future communications with you.
